Union Fabrics is proud to announce the addition of a processing mill, thus, converting the company into a vertically integrated organization. We are equipped with state of the art wet processing machines which allow us to cater to most of our customer demands in house. Our processing plant has a capacity of 2.2 Million Meters per Month and includes the following machines:

Furthermore, our strategic partnerships with finest processing houses of Karachi, Pakistan, give us flexibility, freedom and consistency to cater to all customer demands, which may not be achievable under a single facility. We have access to 12 colors Flat Bed Panel Printing Machines as well that have an operational width of up-to 3.2 meters. We can use both pigment and reactive dyestuff that is AZO-Free and Oekotex permitted via a Computerized Color Kitchen, which enables production of exact shades, time after time, and which effectively ensures both consistency, as well as reliability.
